Telehealth

Telehealth sessions are offered for the convenience of everyday life. Meet me from the comfort of your own home or in your lunch gap! There's no waiting room and no waiting time. Telehealth sessions give you the freedom to engage in services when it's right for you.

Mobile services

Mobile sessions are offered to those who prefer a face-to-face format and generally reserved for Neurodivergent Coaching. These sessions assist me to formulate a well-rounded view of your home life and interact in an environment that is comfortable for you. Home-based sessions are agreed upon and not guaranteed.

Eco Therapy

As a firm believer of offering unique, evidence-based services, i provide eco therapy in 2 formats. Eco therapy boasts a restorative effect for reduced stress, increased cognitive function and improved mental health.

  1. Walk and Talk - Motor movement stimulates other motor movement, therefore walking makes talking easier for some clients. These sessions are held at an agreed place.

  2. Sit and Talk - For those wanting to engage in the benefits of eco therapy, improvements can be made through nature-bathing throughout our counselling session.

  • Sessions are $100 for a 50 minute session.

  • Most sessions are held via telehealth and a link will be sent to you. If you are unable or do not wish to meet via video chat, you can opt to meet with me via phone.
